Asociatia Profesorilor de limba Japoneza din Romanaia [A.P.J.R]<br />

Pentru iubitorii de limba japoneza, vreau sa ma laud in primul rand, pentru ca am reusit sa iau atestatul de limba japoneza Noryoku Shiken nivelul N5 :D . Examenul s-a sustinut in Decembrie 2012 iar acum am primit rezultatul.<br />
<br />

A.P.J.R se ocupa si de multe alte activitati cu specific japonez, printre care si "scoala de vara" la care am participat anul trecut si am capatat cunostintele pentru a sustine si lua examenul. O sa fiu acolo si anul acesta, pe cine intereseaza si iubeste japoneza va recomand cu drag sa veniti.<br />

La inceputul lunii m-am inscris la o scoala de munte foarte interesanta, unde poti cunoaste o multime de persoane noi. Activitatile sunt geniale, traseele sunt foarte misto. De mult aveam in cap sa fac asa ceva, iar acum am reusit in sfarsit sa ma scot singur din zona de comfort.<br />

Ce spuneti de putina miscare dimineata ? Este o zi frumoasa afara si cred ca dupa un ceai cald nu strica o plimbare la aer curat, o iesire la alergat pentru cine nu trebuie sa ajunga la munca imediat, sau putina miscare in fata geamului in timp ce te uiti afara la ziua asta noua si frumoasa.<br />

O data cu apropierea verii cred ca e timpul sa scoatem bicicletele de la naftalina. Bicicleta este o metoda buna de transport si in acelasi timp ne ajuta sa ramanem in forma. Asa ca nu mai fiti lenesi si apucati-va de pedalat.<br />
<br />
Si ca sa stiti, avem voie sa mergem cu bicicleta pe partea carosabila, pistele fiind desfintate de ceva vreme, asa ca nu ia nimeni amenda pentru ca merge pe strada. La sfarsitul lui Februarie o sa aiba loc Campionatul National de Muay Thai la care o sa particip si eu. Am o intrebare pentru voi : Ce parere aveti despre alergatul pe zapada ? Din exeprienta va pot spune ca atunci cand te pregatesti pentru un campionat, nu se compara nimic cu alergatul. Da, exista alergatul pe banda si exercitii de cardio pentru marirea rezistentei dar nu se compara nimic cu alergatul in aer liber.<br />

Asa ca va intreb : Ce parere aveti de alergatul pe vremea asta ? <br />
<br />
Eu am gasit cateva motive pro, dar astept comentarii si sugestii.<br />
<br />
<b>1. Sa mergem la alergat pentru ca e frig. </b>Daca alergam pe frig o sa dam un randament mai bun, si o sa obosim mai greu.<br />
<br />
<b>2. Nu o sa ne fie frig. </b>Aparent daca te apuci sa alergi corpul se incalzeste destul de repede si nu o sa ne fie frig. Un echipament minim e necesar, maieu strans pe corp, polar, incaltaminte care nu aluneca.<br />
<br />
<b>3. Ciocolata calda dupa alergare ajuta. </b>Bem ciocolata calda diluata in lapte si ne vom simtii minunat dupa un antrenament intensiv.<br />
<br />
<b>4. Exercitiul este mai intens. </b>Tocmai pentru ca este iarna, exercitiul o sa fie mai intens iar activitatea cardiaca va fi mai sanatoasa.<br />
<br />
<b>5. Se recomanda. </b>Antrenorii de fitness ne recomanda sa alergam pe zapada.<br />

Iar TIMPUL trece prea repede ! Ai avut vreodata sentimentul ca ceva este al tau si doar al tau si nimic nu il poate lua ? Ca oricat timp ar trece nu va disparea ? Acest "lucru" poate fi orice, fie un joc pe care l-ai avut in copilarie, fie o prietena de care nu credeai ca o sa te desparti. Totul e trecator, acum poti fi in culmea fericirii iar a doua zi sa cazi pe fundul celei mai adangi prapastii. Totul trece prin poarta TIMPULUI, poarta uitarii :D .<br />

Aici intervine o problema, daca totul trece, de ce timpul, incepe sa treaca asa de repede ?<br />

Timpul incepe sa treaca mai repede pe masura ca avansam in varsta, asta se datoreaza rutinei care se impune zi de zi, iar creierul nostru ne mai fiind antrenat cu placeri, sentimente si lucruri noi de analizat ne da impresia ca totul zboara pe langa noi.<br />

Exista o solutie... Tot ce trebuie sa faci este sa experimentezi in fiecare zi altceva, sau cel putin sa incerci de fiecare data cand ai ocazia sa faci cat mai multe lucruri pe care nu le-ai face niciodata. Aici va pot lasa cu o lista de pe blogul lui Ariel Constantinof .<br />

Cu totii avem la un moment dat saptamani grele care ne doboara psihic si fizic. Hai sa vedem cateva modalitati sa ne tinem tare si sa ducem la capat saptamana iadului.<br />

1. Este Duminica si dabia acum iti dai seama ca urmeaza luni si ca trebuie sa vina o saptamana plina de incercari si probleme dar si realizari daca e cazul. Relaxeaza-te, du-te la un masaj, citeste o carte.<br />

2. Luni, du-te si mananca in oras cand ai putin timp liber, fie dimineata sau seara, depinzand de cum lucrezi. Bea o cafea intr-o cafenea care iti place relaxeaza-te pentru o ora.<br />

Marti, ne trezzim si facem o plimbare cu castile in urechi de dimineata si ne uitam in jur indiferent ca suntem printre blocuri sau intr-un parc, acaparam totul si multumim ca nu suntem pe undeva printr-un sant alaturi de un om fara casa care miroase a bautura si fecale, si stiind ca si tu i te vei alatura curand. Asa ca bucura-te de natura!<br />

4. Miercuri, fa-ti timp sa faci ceva frumos pentru un prieten, o ruda, un necunoscut. Daca esti pozitiv si faci ceva bun pentru altcineva in afara de tine, lucrurile se intorc, si o sa te faca sa te simti si mai bine.<br />

5. Joi, mergi la o plimbare cu cineva la care tii. Fara facebook, telefoane si mailuri, iesi pur si simplu la o plimbare.<br />

6. Vineri, imbraca-te bine, mai bine ca de obicei, mai aratos, pune o cravata sau o rochie mai aratoasa daca esti fata. Imbraca ceva foarte colorat, fi diferit astazi.<br />

7. Sambata, a venit weekendul, probabil ai o gramada de lucruri pe care vrei sa le faci, fa ceva amuzant pentru tine, fie un film o iesire in oras, o plimbare lunga alaturi de cineva, o iesire la piscina ( daca e vara ).<br />

1. Gandeste-te la produsul finit, cum va arata, cum se va simtii. Ia si o poza de pe net sau dintr-o revista, cum ai vrea tu sa arate in viitor si tine-o la vedere mereu.<br />

Muay Thai ul este o forma de arte martiale destul de dura din perspectiva multor indivizi. E adevarat ca e o arta foarte dura si mie imi place sa o denumesc "stiinta a opt membre" pentru ca aici folosim toate partile corpului : pumnii, coatele, genuchii si picioarele.<br />

Cuvantul Muay inseamna a unii ( in engleza to bind together) si asta pentru ca, practicand acest sport sub un antrenor bun, nu invatam doar o arta periculoasa de autoaparare, invatam un mod de viata pasnic in acelasi timp. <br />

Nu spun ca nu sunt bune deloc, dar spun ca se exagereaza. Daca vreti neaparat sa luati ceva, sa va ajute la antrenamente va recomand Creatine Pro Mass, un singur shake inainte de antrenamente (atat). Nu exagerati, si poate daca va permiteti dimineata sa aveti pe masa ceva de genul (foto 2), daca nu, nu e nici o problema, orice surplus de vitamine si minerale e bun, nu dati banii pe cele mai scumpe. Mergeti la farmacie, sau intr-un supermarket si luati cel mai ieftin surplus de "Multii minerale si multii vitamine".<br />

Sper ca v-am ajutat in legatura cu dilema asta. Asa ca nu mai stati pe forumuri si nu mai cautati zece mii de solutii pentru masa musculara. Cred ca noi toti preferam de fapt sa aratam asa (foto 3) decat asa (foto 4). Dar ne lasam dusi de teribilism si incercam toate suplimentele de pe piata, in cele din urma ajungem la steroizi si in cel mai bun caz veti arata asa ( foto 4), intr-un caz putin mai nefericit, asa (foto5) :))<br />

Hei salut. Vreau sa stiu daca ai fost vreodata la munte . Si daca ai fost ce ai facut acolo ? Pun pariu ca multi dintre voi au stat la o cabana la caldura si in cel mai rau caz s-au dus iarna pe partie ca na, acolo e distractia. Dar v-a trecut prin cap sa faceti un traseu de 5, 6 ore ? Daca da atunci te aflii printre cei motivati, daca nu iti sugerez data viitoare cand te duci la munte(daca ajungi in zona Busteni) sa intrebi lumea din zona, sau sa iti iei un ghid si sa faci traseul Jepii Mici. <br />

Mie personal, muntele mi se pare cel mai grozav loc de a te motiva si de a scapa de stres si data viitoare cand o sa ajung la munte promit sa fac un antrenament motivational acolo si sa il postez.<br />

O mica incalzire de dimineata, sa va ajute metabolismul sa lucreze mai bine toata ziua. Nu ai nevoie decat de 10 15 minute dimineata , poate chiar mai putin.<br />

Incepem cu incalzirea gatului, coboram la umeri, coate , facem niste extensii de brate si terminam cu bazinul. Este doar prima partea, dureaza 5, 6 minute si se ocupa de partea superioara a corpului.<br />

<b> </b>Salut! Nu ma pricep foarte bine la scris dar sper sa apreciati aceste randuri si multe altele care vor mai urma. Genul de activitati pe care veti incepe sa le faceti vor arata similar cu cele din poza de mai sus.<br />

<b> </b>Un antrenament usor dimineata, si cand zic dimineata ma refer cum te-ai ridicat din pat sa te apuci de el. Filmuletele mele or sa parcurga o serie de antrenamente usoare de motivare matinala, si in acelasi timp vreau sa mai tin legatura cu voi si prin cateva articole scrise de mine. Trebuie sa specific si aici ca si in clip ca aceste exercitii nu sunt pentru sportivi, ci pentru oameni simplii care nu se simt energici in timpul zilei si care nu au motivarea necesara sa se trezeasca dimineata din pat. Sau care se trezesc posomorati, si pleaca la munca diminaeta si toata ziua le iese totul pe dos. Sunt sigur ca vreti sa fiti mai energici in timpul zilei si printr-un antrenament usor dimineata sa ii spunem o incalzire a corpului, metabolismul o sa inceapa sa lucreze la un nivel mai ridicat chiar de la prima ora si o sa va dea energia necesara sa faceti tot ce doriti in timpul zilei.<br />

Si dupa cum am zis , nu ma pricep la scris, asa ca o sa termin aici si o sa va urez zilele energice si dimineti placute. <br />
